We are now looking for a Lead Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of customer support services. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial and commercial performance of delivered customer support services. You will also ensure that agreed margins are achieved whilst delivering Service Level Agreement fulfilment and customer happiness. The role also includes leading the customer network support engineers’ team and working closely with the competence centres, global support, and product line maintenance teams.
Build and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date bid materials and templates.
Produce high-quality solution and bid proposal to increase the winning chances of bids.
Strategize and maintain standardization of products and solutions align to partnership strategy and business direction.
Produce quality documentation on solutions, testing and evaluation reports etc.
Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.
The individual participates in technical product development to enable continuing innovation within the passive infrastructure domain.
Network planning and estimation of work requirement for fibre-related Telecom/ Enterprise projects.
Design optimized captive & backup power requirement based on customer requirement.
Estimate the installation material requirement in respect of optical, power, racks and other related infrastructure of any project being taken up for bidding.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of multiple projects.
Design optimized technical solutions for Power, HVAC and Infra planning.
Carry out OEM assessment and evaluation of right products for end customers.
Perform power network analysis and capacity planning.
Conducting Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and Demo activities to assist sales in closing deals.
